Refund policy
At The Great Canadian Seafood Company, we take pride in providing premium seafood sourced from Canada's Atlantic Coast and delivered frozen to preserve quality and freshness.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all seafood sales are final and we do not accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at greatcanadianseafood@gmail.com and provide details and photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Product received damaged during delivery
- Incorrect product received
- Product arrives thawed or compromised due to delivery issues
- Verified quality concerns present at the time of delivery
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Improper storage after delivery
- Products that have been thawed, cooked, or consumed
- Customer taste preferences
- Improper preparation or cooking methods
- Failure to follow safe food handling practices
- Orders left unattended after delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are promptly refrigerated or frozen upon delivery.

Seafood must be stored, thawed, prepared, and cooked according to applicable food safety guidelines. The Great Canadian Seafood Company is not responsible for illness, injury, loss, or damages resulting from improper storage, handling, preparation, or cooking of products after delivery.
