Delivery

The Great Canadian Seafood Company delivers frozen seafood products within designated service areas.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order or that appropriate arrangements have been made for delivery. Upon delivery, customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating or freezing products as required.

Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Food Safety and Product Handling

Seafood products must be stored, thawed, prepared, and cooked according to applicable food safety guidelines.

The Great Canadian Seafood Company is not responsible for illness, injury, loss, damage, or dissatisfaction resulting from improper storage, handling, preparation, cooking, or consumption of products after delivery.

Customers assume responsibility for the safe handling and preparation of all seafood products purchased from us.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of seafood products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability
