Preparation

This lobster is fully cooked and frozen. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy chilled with lemon and seafood sauce, or gently reheat by steaming for 5–7 minutes until warmed through and serve with melted butter. Do not overcook, as lobster meat may become tough. Keep refrigerated after thawing and consume within 2 days.  

Storage

Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze once thawed.
