Our premium Atlantic lobsters are harvested from the cold waters surrounding New Brunswick's Acadian Peninsula, where rocky ocean bottoms and nutrient-rich currents help produce some of the sweetest, firmest lobster meat in the world. Flash frozen raw to lock in freshness, these whole lobsters are perfect for special occasions, family gatherings, or anyone looking to enjoy an authentic East Coast seafood experience at home.

Cooking Instructions

Boiling (Recommended)

  1. Thaw lobster completely in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil.
  3. Place lobster into boiling water.
  4. Cook:
    • 1.5 lb Lobster: 12–14 minutes
    • 2 lb Lobster: 15–18 minutes
  5. Shell should turn bright red and meat should be opaque white.
  6. Remove and serve with melted butter and lemon.

Tip: Do not overcook. Lobster meat is best when tender and juicy.
